Bourbon from Knob Creek (Beam), Clermont, Kentucky, hand-selected for Maria's Whiskey Club.

We picked this barrel at 120 proof, 9yr+ old, and a 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley mash.

On the nose, dark brown sugar, charred oak, creme soda; the palate brings creme brulee, toasted oak, peanut brittle; and a burnt caramel, tobacco finish.
