Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases and reservations made through this website with Maria's Market Place, 115 N Haggerty Rd, Canton, MI 48187. By using the site you agree to them.

21 and older

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve, purchase, or pick up alcohol. You confirm your age at checkout, and a valid government ID is required at pickup. We will not release a bottle without ID verification.

Whiskey Club drops are prepay

• Entering a drop requires payment in full at the time of reservation. Payment guarantees the bottle and removes it from the available pool.
• Drops are limited and may be subject to per-person caps. Quantities are first come, first served while supplies last.
• After payment you receive a receipt and a pickup code. Bring your code and ID during the stated pickup window.

Pickup and fulfillment

Whiskey Club drops are in-store pickup only at Maria's Market Place. We do not ship alcohol. If you do not pick up within the stated window plus any grace period, your order may be cancelled and refunded or converted to store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

• If we cancel a drop, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• If a drop is oversubscribed or a barrel yields fewer bottles than expected, affected orders are refunded.
• Other cancellations are handled according to the policy shown at checkout.

MWC Points

Members earn MWC Points on qualifying bottles, posted at pickup, with bonus points for early pickup as stated on each drop. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or change. The member leaderboard reflects points earned and may display members by first name and last initial.

Retail and DoorDash

Everyday retail orders placed through DoorDash are governed by DoorDash's terms and policies in addition to ours. Pricing and availability on third-party platforms may differ and can change.

Pricing, availability, and errors

Prices and availability are subject to change and to occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel and refund affected orders.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
