Rittenhouse Rye Single Barrel

Rye from Heaven Hill, Kentucky, hand-selected for Maria's Whiskey Club.

We picked this barrel at 100 proof, a 51% rye, 37% corn, 12% malted barley mash, and bottled-in-bond.

On the nose, oak, cinnamon, brown sugar; the palate brings caramel, vanilla, deep rye spice; and a medium finish.

Includes an Old Fashioned cocktail recipe.
