Evergreen Media Design, LLC (“we”, “us”) runs evergreenmediadesign.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, business name and a message. You decide what to share. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include.
- How the site is used. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, their approximate location (city level), and their device and browser type. It uses cookies to do this.
- Basic technical data. Like nearly every website, the services that deliver this one log IP addresses, browser types and request times, mainly to keep the site secure and running.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Services that help us run the site
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics measures site traffic.
- Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google.
- Render hosts the site, and Cloudflare delivers it and protects it from attacks.
- Zoho Mail handles our business email.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors find and use it. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them. See our Cookie Notice for details.
5. How long we keep it
We keep messages and project emails as long as they are useful for working together and for normal business records, then delete them. Google Analytics keeps visit data according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.
6. Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@evergreenmediadesign.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
7. Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
